Lindsey Vonn won the Alpine Ski World Cup downhill in Zauchensee, marking her 5th podium finish of the season in six speed races. Kajsa Vickhoff Lie finished in second position, 0.37 seconds behind Vonn, to achieve her first podium in the 2025-2026 Alpine Ski World Cup season. Vonn's teammate Jacqueline Wiles rounded up the podium in 3rd place, 0.48 seconds behind the winner.
