Timon Haugan won the thrilling last Alpine Ski World Cup Slalom of the winter season in Hafjell and celebrated his sixth World Cup victory. The Norwegian finished 0.44 seconds ahead of Loic Meillard. Eduard Hallberg took third place, 1.03 seconds behind. Atle Lie McGrath, who won three slalom races this year in Alta Badia, Wengen, and Kranjska Gora, secured the discipline's Crystal Globe

Clement Noël secured his first Alpine Ski World Cup victory of the season on the challenging "Canalone Miramonti" slope in Madonna di Campiglio. Eduard Hallberg took second place, finishing just 0.12 seconds behind the Frenchman. Noël's teammate Paco Rassat came in third, 0.37 seconds behind.

Gurgl, Austria, will host the second Slalom event of the season. The Men's Alpine Ski World Cup Slalom will be held at the Kirchenkar Gurgl racecourse in Hochgurgl on November 22.

Lucas Pinheiro Braathen Claims a First-Ever Alpine Ski World Cup Win for Brazil in Levi. The reigning Olympic Slalom Champion Clement Noel, finished in second place, 0.31 seconds behind. Eduard Hallberg achieved the first podium finish for Finland in Levi, finishing in third place.
