Hannes Reichelt is the most awarded skier in the Super-G in Beaver Creek. He won in the Birds of Prey in 2005, 2007, and 2014. He also finished in third place in 2012, 2013, and 2017.

US team skiers have yet to claim a Super-G victory on the World Cup United States venues. All previous 30 men's World Cup Super-G races held in United States have been won by European skiers. Ryan Cochran-Siegle is the last skier of the U.S. Team to win a Super-G event at the World Cup. He won in Bormio on December 29, 2020.

The 26-year-old Swiss Ace has equaled the Men's record for most successive World Cup victories in the Super-G: four by Hermann Maier in the 1997-1998 and 1998-1999 seasons, and by Aksel Lund Svindal from December 2012 to December 2013.

He is also the fifth man to win at least 10 World Cup Super-G World Cup races, after Hermann Maier (24), Aksel Lund Svindal (17), Kjetil Jansrud (13), and Pirmin Zurbriggen (10).

In his last three participations on the Super-G in Beaver Creek, Odermatt won two times (2019 and 2021), and finished second in 2022 and in 2021 in the second Super-G held in the US ski resort last year.

Odermatt (9), Kilde (6) and Vincent Kriechmayr (3) have won each of the last 18 Men's Super-G World Cup events since Ryan Cochran-Siegle won in Bormio on December 29, 2020.

James Crawford became world champion in the Men's Super-G at the 47th Alpine World Ski Championships in Courchevel on February 9, ahead of Aleksander Aamodt Kilde (silver), and Alexis Pinturault (bronze).
