Gurgl, Austria, will host the second Slalom event of the season. The Men's Alpine Ski World Cup Slalom will be held at the Kirchenkar Gurgl racecourse in Hochgurgl on November 22.

The most successful skiers at the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing 2022 were Austrian Johannes Strolz, Katharina Liensberger, and Matthias Mayer. Michelle Gisin (Alpine combined) was able to repeat her win from PyeongChang four years earlier.
