The 2026–2027 FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Slalom season will begin with Women's and Men's races on the 'Levi Black' slope in Levi, Finland, on 14–15 November.

Lucas Pinheiro Braathen Claims a First-Ever Alpine Ski World Cup Win for Brazil in Levi. The reigning Olympic Slalom Champion Clement Noel, finished in second place, 0.31 seconds behind. Eduard Hallberg achieved the first podium finish for Finland in Levi, finishing in third place.

Mikaela Shiffrin was on fire on the first Alpine Ski World Cup Slalom of the season in Levi. Two perfect, flawless runs gave the 30-year-old US skier her 102nd victory in the World Cup, the 65th in Slalom.

The Men's Alpine Ski World Cup Slalom returns to Finland on November 16 on the "Levi Black" slope. Since the 2006–2007 winter season, Men have raced an Alpine Ski World Cup Slalom in Levi, Finland, 12 times.
